About Me

Hi. My name is Alan Wee. I grow up in Bukit Panjang and was the pioneer batch studying Primary 3 in Zhenghua Primary School. I graduated from Bukit Panjang Government High School followed by Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Building Services and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with National University of Singapore.

Bukit Panjang was the birthplace of of my sales career back in 2009. I started off in doing HDB flats and slowly expanded into the nearby condominium and to landed property. 

Till date, i have transacted numerous properties in Bukit Panjang. It was a humbling experience to be able to assist many of my clients in their housing need be it upgrading, downgrading, retirement planning to buying another investment property.

I have won numerous awards both from my division and company for my sterling performances with ERA in my 11 years sales career. 

My expertise lies in marketing residential properties in Bukit Panjang. I am well versed in HDB flats, condominiums and landed properties.

What services do you provide?

Once you appointed me to handle the transaction for you. My responsibilities included advertising, conducting viewings, negotiating I also handle the paperwork. I also provided detailed financial planning to ensure that you are ready to move to the next property or investment.  With my 11 years of selling experiences, I can help to identified potential pitfalls and offer suitable solutions. I am well connected with competence lawyers and mortgage brokers to assist you all your housing needs.

What are your marketing strategies?

I have conceptualized a "Perfect 10" marketing strategies to get your property sold. Let’s meet up so that I can shared more with you.

How long does it take to sell my house?

Usually the sales will be concluded within 3 months depending on market condition. Here, if could also take as short as a few days. Once appointed, I am confident to fulfill my obligation to sell your property within the contracted duration.

How long is your exclusive period?

As an industry standard, such exclusivity agreements are valid for up to three months. However, I can be flexible on the duration to suit the need of my clients.

Do I have to pay for any addition marketing cost?

My professional services is based on a “No Sales No Fees” basic. Commission is payable for any successful transaction. In any event, if your property is unsold or if our appointment is terminated. I will never request for any fees. Here, I would appreciate if you are ready and committed to put up your property for sale.

What type of properties do you specialize in?

I deal mainly with residential properties located in Singapore only. I am well verse with HDB, condominiums to landed properties.

Do you also market property that is not located in Bukit Panjang?

Yes, I do. I am familiar with marketing properties all over Singapore.

What other services do you provided?

I am not only specialize in selling but also buying and renting property. I also experience in upgrading, downgrading, investing in new launches to retirement planning.

Do you cobroke with other agents?

Yes. I welcome cobroking. My interest is always in your interest to sell your property at the best possible prices and at the shortest possible time. This is only possible through cobroking with other property agents.

Currently, I have an agent that market for me. But I want to have an addition agent to do it on a non-exclusive basic. Will you be interested?

Will you be able to help if I have an oversea property for sale?

I am afraid I can’t as I am not licenced to market oversea resale properties except for those new home appointed by my company.
